CD-0007 Fluorescent Violet Pigment Paste for Textile Cationic Dyeing

1. Product Brief

CD series eco-friendly textile one-bath cationic dyeing water-based pigment dispersion is new product developed by us, professionally used for different components and forms fabric. Compared with the traditional pigment paste, process is simpler, no need for cationic pretreatment of yarn or fabric, one-bath cationic dyeing, without leveling agent; saving dyeing time, reducing material consumption costs, reducing water & electronic consumption and wastewater discharge, it's an energy-saving and environmental protection dyeing process in textile pigment dyeing.

2. CD series water based Pigment paste product features:

1). Conforming to Oeko-Tex 100-2016（Class II）Standard of International Association for Research & Testing in the field of Textile Ecology (contents restriction of formaldehyde and heavy metal, APEO, phthalates and 24 kinds of prohibited aromatic amines);

2). Conforming to REACH Regulations of SVHC limited standards with 163 kinds substances;

3). Applicable: cotton, linen, polyester, acrylic and so on; or yarn, fabric and garment.

4). Cationic (grafting) pretreatment is not needed for dyeing, process is shorter, dyeing is simpler; 

5). Compared with traditional pigment dispersion, dyeing fully, the dyed color is uniformity, color of drain is so shallow or colorless;

6). Dyeing with the matched adhesive, the fastness fully meets or exceeds the modified dyeing of traditional pigment dispersion;

7). The same as traditional pigment dispersion, CD series pigment dispersion can be used for dyeing secondly cooperated with dyes.

Conditions explanation for testing on formaldehyde, heavy metal, phthalates, APEO and 24 kinds of prohibited aromatic amines:

All testing are depended on printed pure cotton cloth with 10% pigment dispersion of water paste. If the customer exceeds the above conditions, please make the sample testing before mass production;.

3). Caution during the dyeing:

A. Prepared the dyeing bath: Add water and pigment dispersion firstly and stirring evenly, then put acetic acid evenly, at last add dyed fabric; you can also choose other weak acid instead of acetic acid, adjust the PH value at 4-6. 

B. Temperature rising and dyeing: Keep stirring during heating and dyeing, pay attention to the temperature rising speed especially at a small bath ratio. If unequally dyeing happened, you can settle it by decreasing the temperature rising speed. The residual dyeing liquor is almost colorless. 

C. Fixation: After dyeing and the color matching, here adhesive is added into the dyeing bath directly. Keeping temperature at 70℃ for 10 minutes, then wash it. Finally is after-treatment, you can add other auxiliaries to improve the fastness and feel.

D. Cleaning: If there is a slight staining on device，we advice to use ester solvents for cleaning.

E. Drying: dry at 60℃ with no wind and baking at 150℃, while the fluorescent color baking at 130℃.
