IPX3/4 Oscillating Tube Tester is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of IEC60529:1989+A1:1999 IPX3/4.
Features:
1. Two column type structure, easy to install and move.
2. The equipment is made of high quality Aluminum Alloy model and SUS304 stainless steel plate, to ensure the long time use does not rust.
3. Turntable electrical part fully sealed to prevent water leakage.
4. Water tank automatic control water by the float valve, pump selection of brands stainless steel self-priming pump, water tank made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel welded, and the waterway made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel and PP-R material to prevent rusting of pipeline, and affect the test results.
5. Column on the left panel placed tube installed flowmeter, pressure gauge and pressure regulator, flow rate and pressure can be visually displayed and adjusted.
6. High precision filter can effectively filter impurities in tap water, to prevent clogging of the needle tip, while the filter is installed on the outside of the filter cartridge can be easily replaced.
7. The turntable uses the speed regulating motor, stepless adjustable speed in the standard scope, and can control the forward and reverse rotation(suitable for electric test sample).
8. The control system consists 7-inch touch screen and Panasonic PLC as the core and brands consisting of a stepping motor, put the tube speed, angle precision adjustable.
9. Main low-voltage electrical components are all made of LG and OMRON and Julixing other brands. Wiring process conform to the requirements of the standard, panel layout is reasonable, the connection is firm, marked clearly, ensure the quality of the products.
10. Samples power-off time can be set, power 0-999M, off 0-999M.
11. Test time can be set 0-999Madjustable, one key to start, automatic shutdown, simple and intelligent.
