IEC60884-1 Figure 9 Socket-outlets Protection Test Gauge with 20N Force
Basic Introduction:
1. According to : IEC 60884 Fig 9
2. The test probe is used for household and similar electrical appliances of necessary protection of against electric shock test apparatus; Gauge for checking non-accessibility of live parts, through shutters, and of live parts of socket-outlets with increased protection.

Material: The handle is made of nylon, tip is made of hardened steel
To calibrate the gauge, a push force of 20 N is applied on the steel rigid wire in the direction of its axis:
the characteristics of the gauge internal spring shall be such that the surface A – A′ is brought practically to the same level as the surface B – B′ when this force is applied.
