The Working Principle

Gypsum pressure ball machine by the main motor: The V-belt, spread reducer: decelerator through the coupling, and then transmitted to the drive shaft by a split gear, ensure that the two rollers synchronization (constant reverse) and the driven roller were against by a piston of the hydraulic cylinder(constant pressure withstood by the oblique iron), the hydraulic circuit, hydraulic control and accumulator to ensure the system pressure, materials from the storage bin through the quantitative equipment evenly into the molding machine, via the the adjusting of the adjusting shutter on the hopper, so that the material evenly into the middle of the roll, constant reverse operation of the double rolls proceed the material compression, the unit forming pressure is from small to big, forming pressure reaches a maximum in the center line of the double rolls,  after the material pass the line, forming pressure quickly diminished so that materials into the ball off state, well off the ball.
