PS5I/PS6I Wet type mining cement spray machines (Coal Number: MEF120447) has the advantages of advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, long service life etc.,it is widely used for tunnel, culvert, subway, water and electricity engineering, underground engineering and Spraying operation of mine roadway concrete.
Mining cement spray machines Features:
This machine is composed of mechanical power system ,feeding system ,air supply system ,accelerating agent adding system .
1. Mechanical dynamic system
The main drive mechanical power generated by the motor through a gearbox to slow down and increase torque, rotor is driven to rotate by the output shaft.
2. Feed system : hopper, vibrators, rotor etc.
3. Accelerating agent adding system: metering pump, conduit joint etc.
4. Air supply system: this system is mainly composed of main duct, shunt, pressure gauge, the upper road , lee road, the auxiliary road, valves and piping.
