Adaptors
Adaptor fitting kits and flanges are available to suit the range of flow blocks.
Installation
MYTH series hydraulic tester can be installed at any point in hydraulic pipeline .The hydraulic oil flow from input to output (input) of the hydraulic tester must keep over 30cm from elbows /the links and valves.
Attention: You must open the loading valve when you start the instrument .If the loading valve is closed , it is dangerous.
1) Once the hydraulic tester works ,it could be regulated by loading valve.
2) The cold weather could effect the testing precision ,when the hydraulic oil keeps about 30? The hydraulic tester could work well.
3) Please close the switch after testing.
4) Please open pressure loading valve before testing.
Maintenance :
Loading valve
If the loading could not work , please check whether there is something wrong with valve coil and seal.
Battery
The hydraulic tester is droved by 12v lithium battery ,which can work more than 30h after being charged about 4-8 hours. The battery must be charged by equipped charger.
Flow meter
When it could not show data ,it is possible that turbo rotor is stopped .Please open the turbo temp senor and clean it. If it still could not work ,you should connect with manufacturer.
