This Plastic PET Sheet Extruder ExtrusionLine Machine is specially designed for PET mono/multi Layer sheet for packingindrustry. The technology of "Single Screw extruding with low dew-pointdehumidifying system " for high quality products in high transparencywithout buddle, which will be very important for thermoforming.

Usual Sheet Width: 600-1800mm
Usual Sheet Thickness: 0.5-2mm
APPLICATION:
1. This line is specially used forproducing PET/PBT/PP/PE/HIPS/EVAOH sheet.
2. Surface Treatment: Adding some additivescan improve intensity/toughness/rigidity, flame retardant, embossing, frosting,etc.
3. Application: Packing, printing,stationery, art works etc.
4. Main Products: Gift/ad/file bag/lampcover/food packaging
Production Flows:
PETcrystallizing drying machine→vacuum feeding machine → highefficiency single screw extruder → hydraulic exchanging unit→ melt pump → T-type die head → three rollerscalander → cooling frames and edge cutting → haul offmachine → twin position coiler
