Product Description
Electric brush cleaners are widely applied in coal handling system for coal mine, power plant, steel plant and petrochemical corporation. With spiral or herringbone brush roller, the device can effectively clean up pulleys and belt. The brush roller is driven by motor, making the brush contact belt surface; as rotating direction of brush is opposite to return belt, and the material sticking on belt can be cleared away completely. Electric brush cleaner can protect belt off tracking, prolonging the service life of belt and other equipment, is an indispensable cleaner for belt conveyors.

1.The brush is made of nylon 1010, provided with excellent bending property, high abrasive resistance, good elasticity and acid &alkali resistance;
2.The brush is of low water absorption, so the device is quite self-cleaning, which is good for dry and wet working conditions;
3.The brush employs a good flame retardant and anti-static property, which can avoid static electricity and material sticking together, and cause failure;
4.Gear motor as drive unit, small footprint and convenient installation and maintenance;
5 .The device is equipped with self-cleaning device, so it is easy to self-clean when maintenance.
