“The TBVF series of the explosion-proof permanent magnet synchronous motor used in the mine” whose rated voltage is 660/1140V applies to the mine methane explosion environment. According to the application needs, it can drive the mine belt conveyor,scraper conveyor and other transport system directly. Compared with the traditional drive system, the permanent magnet direct-drive system gets rid of the reducer,hydraulic coupler,CST and other mechanical soft-start devices. 1,The motor is high-efficiency and power-saving whose efficiency can achieve a primary energy consumption(IE4) standard.
2,The system adopts vector control technology, so the starting torque is higher, the dynamic response is faster and the overload ability is stronger.
