The hot expanding machine is non-standardequipment. It expand small sizetubes to large size tubes.We could design and manufacturefull-automatic or semi-automatic type according to your requirement.

Main features:

1. It cancontrol the open and colse of gate, operation of braking both on equipment bodyand on operation desk.

2. FeedingDevice: the decelerator directly connect with auto feeding mechanism, makingthe feeding more convenient.

3. The mainvalves use international standard Rexroth serious products, magnetic valves usesafe DC 24V controlling.

4. Afterwelded, the high-pressure oil pipe are made pickling passivation treatment.

5. Thehydraulic pump station adopt full sealed structure, no leak, with main and auxiliaryfuel tank, easy in maintenance.

6. Digitalindicator installed in the operation desk, monitoring operation temperature andhydraulic pressure.

7. Electrical elements adopt Siemens or Schneiderproducts.
