Introduction
 
Moisture-proof  MDF  (E0,E1,E2),top quality melamine paper are used  for processing, five-six layers of high-quality UV paint are applied and finally undertake a quick ultraviolet curing .
Each board surface is covered by a transparent film to protect surface.
If  case of two sides UV processing , the board will be covered with films on both sides
