Quartz tube can be divided into: transparent quartz tube, filter ultraviolet quartz tube, color quartz tube etc.
  Quartz glass has excellent physical and chemical properties:
1.High temperature resistant: long time working at 1,100centi degree,for short time working at the highest temperature at 1450centi degree,softening point is 1730centi degree.
2.Corrosion-resistant: except the hydrofluoric acid, it almost has no reaction with acid material,acid-resistant is 30 times to that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel, under the high temperature the chemical properties is stable.
3.Good thermal stability: thermal expansion coefficient is minimal,can stand the sharp changes in temperature.From 1,100centi degree into water of normal room temperature it will not burst.
4.Good transparency for light: Good transparency from the ultraviolet ray to infrared spectral bands,Visible light transmittances is 93%, ultraviolet spectrum area biggest through rate can reach more than 80%.
5.Good electrical insulation: High resistance compared with ordinary glass.

  Applied in the area of light source,semiconductor, telecommunication industry, metallurgy,building materials,chemical,machinery,electric power, environmental protection.
