Micro flame welder,also named hydrogen oxygen flame welder or water welding machine, is an ideal,safe,reliable,effective and environmental way of welding metal wires,enameled(lacquered)copper wires, melting and processing gold,platinum jewelry or other metal ornament,sealing small glass bottles or quartz glass tubes and so on.
Working principle of micro flame welder is electrolysis of water produces mixed hydrogen and oxygen gases.Ignite the gases in the flame torch tip, and use the clean,still and concentrated flame for micro welding,soldering,melting,car engine carbon-cleaning and so on.

Two operators can work simutenously using one 205T
205T belongs to industrial type and can bear heavy working load.There is one electrolytic cell and one feeding cell inside the machine.And also it has an independent flashback arrestor, flame torch with anti-flashback device, and LED digital screen display which shows gas output and electrilytic current clearly. And there is an current-adjusting rotary valve, which can be adjusted to keep the machine working all the time without auto-stop.
