1. Instruction

Circular duct fans series are combined with domestic and foreign advanced technology on design. The sizes of inlet duct and outlet duct are the same. Connected the fan and piping directly could save design and install cost on the piping and please Fig.1.Special housing could reduce noise and vibration, best design on the impeller base on aerodynamics. Design for blow, exhaust, circle, renew and filtration could be used in hotel, marketplace, gymnasium, supermarket, store room and most of public place.

 

No appliance of this range weighs more than 12 kg, so that one person alone can conveniently move and install them.

 2. Structure  

 Consist of housing, impeller, motor, bracket and connection box.

 

1) Housing: Galvanize steel sheet material could be able to bear corrosive. And ABS housing with good flexibility, light to use and the characteristics of beautiful. The best design for inlet is based on aerodynamics so that the airflow can easily enter into impeller. Same size for the inlet and outlet can install conveniently. Bolt connection for inlet cover and outlet cover ensure easy maintenances and cleanness.

 

2 ) Impeller: All of Impeller are designed backward curve with big flow, high efficiency, lower noise. The impeller is integrated into the external rotor motor so that the motor is equal to a wheel hub. So the motor can be cooled by the airflow efficiently to prolong life.

 

3 ) Motor: External rotor single-phase asynchronous motor received CE , CCC , UL certification. The characteristics of the motor are: The impeller is installed on the external casing of the motor directly and is drived by motor directly. The impeller and the motor are combined to a whole with small volume and litter install space; Mini size, reliable performance, high efficiency and long life.

 

4 ) Connection Box: Made of ABS contained material which can prevent burning. It is installed outward apperance and connecting wire and packing is very convenient.
