The control. Specific described below:
A. The unit use intelligent computer control platform, matching with detector of each detection point, auto-monitoring environmental temperature, liquid level, fault and operation time and memory, inquiry for operation condition. Match excellent central processor and CPU, monitor to finish calculation, processing and display of internal figures.
B. Set up remote control interface according user requirement, the unit operation could connect with PC or central computer by communication lines, the operator easily carry out remote monitoring and operate operation for more than one unit with the PC or central computer.
C. Intelligent control system and oil control system have the following functions:
1. Finish various conditions setting as requested:
A) set up temperature range of supplying oil and returning oil, set up the upper and lower limits of temperature to control.
B) set operation time and cycle.
C) set up temperature of supplying oil and returning oil.
D) set up highest security protection temperature.
E) set 24-hour timing operation
F) set other operation conditions
2. System finishes automatic adjustment
A) Automatic adjusts circulation temperature and change load running according setting temperature.
B) System automatically fill oil
C) according with time seeing, system automatically circling run and detect fault.
3. The system automatic display following running condition parameters:
A) Voltage and potential of electricity.
B) The temperature of oil in the furnace
C) Total working time
