Packaging film winding vacuum metalizing machine (rectangle chamber type)
Application: film metalizing (PET, CPP, BOPP, PE), tobacco package paper, hologram, hot stamping materials, and high-grade print package metalizing.
Foreword:
This machine is mainly used to metalize all kind of film and special treatment paper that mainly used in decorating, reflective packaging, clothing and other industry, its film width range is 600mm-3000mm.
The steady and reliable winding system, its normal winding speed is up to 650-750m/min, no scratching, no white pot, winding roll its surface is flat and its edge is trimmed.
We could design our winding device into free span type or other type as per customer requirement, in this case it is much suitable for customers product, and make its quality much better and much stable.

Feature:
1. The roll of film without scratches is available by use of German angle adjustable expanding roller, air inflation technology and resistance-free guiding roller technique.
2. The tension roller is designed to be cooling roll, which guarantees films cooled better.
3. Drum coating reaching to -20℃ can cooling the heating systems to prevent film thermal damage.
4 Square rolling aluminum coating machine uses four electric motors drive technology to assure high availability, reliability and extreme speed.
5. Maximum winding speed can reach to 800 m/min, which greatly increases the production efficiency.
6. Optional multi-channel non-contact thickness measurement system measures film sheet resistance and optical density, providing accurate analysis for product quality control.
