Detailed Description
Silicon rubber insulated cable is mainly used in in the bad environment such as high temperature, low temperature, acid, alkali, oil.
The max operation temperature of cable conductor is 180°C,
The environmental temperature of cable laying should not be below -60°C
The minimum bending radius: non-armoured cable: 10 times of cable diameter, armoured cable: 15 times of cable diameter
Application
Silicon rubber insulated cable is used for electric connection of mobile electric devices in environment with high temperature in power, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc.
Using feature & Main Technical Performance of silicone rubber insulated cable
1. Rated voltage Uo /U: 0.6/1kV.
2. The Max. long-term operating temperature of cable is -60~180.
3. D.C conductor resistance complies with the stipulations of GB/T3956.
4.The Min. bending radius should be no less than 6 times of cable outer diameter.
5.The cable is resistance to high temperature &low temperature, soft and it is resistant to corrosiveness.
6.Working Frequency Voltage Test for cable with 3.5kV/5min without puncture
