Introduction of Toughened Glass (Tempered Glass):
Toughened glass is made from annealed glass via a thermal tempering process. The glass is then rapidly cooled with forced draughts of air while the inner portion of the glass remains free to flow for a short time,which has created the strong lasting internal stress and kept balance of inside tensile stress and outside crushing stress. This processing can change the physical property of regular glass and increase functioning property to enlarege of range of uses.

Features:
1) High strength : tempered glass is typically five times the shock resistance strength ,and 4 times buckling strength of regular glass.
2) Excellent thermal stability: the temperature contrast tempered glass withstands heating is 250-320 centi degree ,and the regular glass is 70-100 centi degree.The tempered glass wont breaks into small fragments in water after heated 200 centi degree.
3) Strong safety : toughened glass will usually shatter into small fragments when broken to avoid the damage to the body.
