Introduction of Laminated Glass(sandwich glass)
Laminated glass is produced by bonding two or more layers of ordinary annealed glass together with a plastic interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass. The interlayer keeps the layers of glass bonded even when broken, and its high strength prevents the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces. It can make bullet-proof glass and high-strength glass decoration through different thickness of PVB and glass.
Specification of Laminated Glass(sandwich glass):
Commonly used thickness:6-35mm Max: 5000*2100mm
Uses: All light-taking windows and doors ,curtain wall and civil building.
Features:
1) Strong safty : keep the layers of glass bonded even when broken to avoid the damage to the body;
2) Excellent sound insulation;
3) Also blocks 99% of transmitted UV light.
