*General Information:
It combines the advantages of both hot air recycle drying oven and the tray drier. It is featured with stable performance, safe operation and easy cleaning. It is composed of cabinet, hot air recycle system, rotary tray and scraper device and transmission system. The tray will rotary continuously during running, the materials are fed from the top layer and come out from the bottom layer, which realize the continous drying. It has been widely used in pharmacy, chemistry and food industry.
*Characteristics:
(1). Automatic feeding, spreading, turning and discharging which save the labor and improve the work environment, the speed is adjustable and the operation is very simple.
(2). The rotary speed is constant, so the drying quality is very good.
(3). Combine the technology of coducting and convection which improve the drying efficiency and the heating transmission coefficient is very high.
(4). The work pressure of the steam is largely increase compared with the traditional tray drier. Besides, it improves the safety even in the high drying temperature.
(5). The fixed scraper device makes the cleaning quickly and easily. The materials tray is rotary which avoid the dead corner. The is a fix position for discharging in each layer, which can control the powder dust.
(6). It can install the filtering device for the air recycle system. The whole system can be designed as the GMP reuired.
(7). It adopts hot air circulation which saves the energy.
(8). It is featured with compact structure and it is widely used.
