Features of Program Control Fixed-beam Planner Miller:
1. With a fixed beam gantry structure and a solid rigidity, the Program Control Fixed-beam Planner Miller is suitable for a variety of machining because of a set of auxiliary parts, including universal head, etc.
2. X、 Y、 Z axes and a side cutting head are all driven by the servo system, however, Y, Z axes and a side cutting head can be moved by the ball screws with the servo system attached, together with a micro feeding of the electronic hand wheel. The rails are made in a rectangular shape and filmed with plastic; Y axis (horizontal) is designed to be in an inclined type and step structure, good in both rigidity and mechanics.
3. The precise boring and cutting heads and pneumatic locking knife made in Taiwan is low in noise, but high in stability.
4. The automatic lubricating system can provide the lubricant in a fixed interval and quantity to the rails of all types. The Program Control Fixed-beam Planner Millers are all with good quality and reasonable price.
