Features of Program Control Fixed-beam Planner Grinder:
1. With a fixed beam gantry structure, solid rigidity and stable precision, the Program Control Fixed-beam Planner Grinder is suitable for a fine machining of various guide rails and surface machining ,and also fine surface machining in mould manufacture industry.
2. The horizontal beam is designed to be in an inclined type and staged type , good in mechanics.
3. The bench (X axis) is driven longitudinally by hydraulic which runs stable to allocate proportional flow valve and do remote stepless speed regulating, easy to operate and practical in use.
4. Horizontal wheel head spindle is of dynamic and still type, with special hydraulic source, of high precision and long life span. Vertical wheel head spindle adopts roll-bearig structure with high precision. The grinding head can rotate manually, with universal sand wheel correcting apparatus, the sand wheel can be corrected randomly and work with good grinding efficiency.
5. The grinding head (Y, Z) canmove vertically and horizontally by servomechanism to realize automatic circle grinding and micro feeding of the electronic hand wheel.
6. The Program Control Fixed-beam Planner Grinder has an automatic lubricating system with the automatic alarm to guarantee a good lubrication for the rails.
