The machine adopts double-stage series high foam technology .Itmainly includes mixing material system ,No.1 extruder ,high pressuremetering pump ,filter changer device,No.2 extruder , auxiliary machineand so on.The whole machine adopts inverter control.The machine has thefeatures of perfect configuration ,professional design ,high workefficiency ,lower consumption and highly stability .
The rawmaterial is PS granule , fireproofing agent with other additive afterheating and mixing at the same time injected foaming agent .The solidfoam plastic board is collected after extruding and forming .The foamboard has excellent heat-insulating ,fine compressive ,and antiagingperformance .The products are widely used as heat-insulation materialin European and America countries such as outdoor insulated material,ground dampproof and insulating layer ,inner and outer wallsheat-insulation material ,indoor decoration ,advertising board ,freezer, floor and so on .It has a very wide prospect as the ideal materialwith heat insulation and preservation ,dampproof features.
