Description:
The machine is multifunctional rotary multicolor screen printing machine.
Applications:
Mainly used to print the icons and words on cylindrical plastic bottle cap, cylindrical glass tube, cylindrical wine bottle cap, tube product, lighter, rubber tube, polywood, lipstick, flat surface and so on.
Featuring with easy operation, accuracy positioning, highly automation and fast in printing.
The Characteristics:
1. According to the characteristics of products , this machine can be equipped with kinds of functions such as automatic loading and unloading, orientation, non-printing without parts, etc.
2. The machine can be designed with structure of two color screen printing and one color hot stamping, or with structure of one color screen printing and two color hot stamping, even structure of three color screen printing or structure of three color hot stamping.
3. It is controlled by PLC, and set the parameters by touch screen display, with kinds of monitor system to ensure the machine running stable and safety at high speed running.
4. The innovative transmission system is very stable when passing the bottles, easy to shift between different shapes of products, easy to operate.
5. Three languages such as Chinese, English and Spanish supported.
6. We can customize machine according to the special products.
7. All components are from German, USA and Japan to ensure the machine quality and stability of printing.
