Involve the materials are TP304, TP304L, TP316, TP316L, TP321, TP316Ti, etc,austenitic stainless steel pipes, 904L, duplex steel, nickel-based alloy as well as hastelloy steel pipes. Delivery status can be bright annealed, polished tube, etc.
2.Product Features
The high precision seamless pipes and tubes adopted the molded method of multi-roll cold rolling, in order to ensure the dimensional accuracy which can be up to 0.02 mm minimum and the minimum surface finish of tubes’ internal and external can be achieved Ra≤ 0.05um. Heat treatment carries out under vacuum or other protection gas, so as to keep the metal from not to be oxidized and avoid the pickling process. All these processes fully embody the metallic luster. Final inspection including eddy current, ultrasonic, water pressure testing, etc. This will ensure the internal quality of the pipes and tubes. Packaging is single socket PVC envelope, thus avoid damage and contamination in the process of delivery. It also can be customized according to customers' requirements, for various production standards (GB, ASTM, and EN, etc), or not standards as specifications and tolerance, etc.

The products are widely used in chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, electronics, paper, aerospace, precision machinery and other areas which have high quality requirements. 60 percent of our products are used for export, which including the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, South Korea, Singapore and other countries and regions. Raw materials for the products would be attached certificate of warranty and product quality assurance which enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad.
