By adopting the vacuum comimg from the drop leg extraction ,and also with the helps from filtration media,Disc Filter separates the solids filtrates and gets different quality filtrates divided by the distribution valve.
Currently Disc Filter is widely used for white water recyling and pulp thickening.When used as saveall,it recycles water recyling and pulp thickening.When used as saveall,it recycles water and fiber;when used for thickening,it achieve high production rate via unit machine but low fiber loss content.Outlet consistency can reach to 12-14percent.Its performance has successfully reached to the national advanced standards.
