Drum Wood Chipping Machines 730 Rpm High Efficient Chipper Shredder
Drum wood chipper machine is the special equipment of producing wood chippers, including the machine body, knife/blade roller, the upper and lower feed rollers, belt conveyor, hydraulic systems, knife roller will install two or four, six rotary knives, etc. According to the different thickness and diameter of the materials, the upper feed roller assembly can use the hydraulic system to fluctuate within a certain range.
The machine body is made of high strength steel welded together, it is the supporting foundation of the whole machine. It doesn\'t need to built new foundation, save cost and convenient flexible. The wood chipper is widely used in wood shaving plant, high MDF plant, straw plants, biomass power plants, wood factory, which is the preferred equipment at the preparation steps.
Structure of Drum Wood Chipper :
This kind machine contains main body, blade roller, feeding rollers, belt conveyor, hydraulic system and so on. We weld high tenacity steel plate together to make the main body of the machine. On the blade roller, there are four blades fastened to the roller with bolts. The hydraulic system is used to lift the main body shell for blades changing.
