1.1.5,Electric wires and cables between cabinets and machines.
The following are not included:
1.1.5, The construction design, construction, public engineering
configuration and establishment, electric sending system of high and low voltage which are duo to the Buyer.
1.1.6, Trial run and production material
1.1.7, Consuming material of the production
1.1.8, Tools and lifting equipments necessary for the installments and production
1.1.9, Public engineering materials such as the tubes of air, water, air and electric, heat preservation material. Cables and wires between machine cabinets and low voltage distribution cabinets.
1.1.10, The Seller’s technical persons’ meals, local transport, hotel fee, and air tickets from China to Cameroon around.
1.2Payment Terms
1.2.1. 30% by T/T within 7 days after the signature of the contract
1.2.2 70% by irrevocable confirmed L/C within 7 days after signing the contract.
1.2.3 The contract will become valid after the Seller receives the first T/T and L/C.
1.3 Delivery
It is about 7 months after the validity of this contract. If any delay for the T/T and L/C, the Seller will delay to deliver the same days correspondingly.
