This machine is professional for making square cosmetic or medical cotton pads. Size of finished products can be changed freely.1:Automatic feeding,vertical cutting, horizontal die-cutting, counting and finished product’s outputting.

5:The device is equipped with 4 spiral type high precision aluminum alloy rollers which is used to stretch
the raw materials.
6:12 sets circle type steel knife ,and their material is imported.
7:A set shear type inclined knife ,slitting size can be adjusted within 100mm, cutting is smooth without burr,
high precision cutting .
8:This machine adopts the electromagnetic valve pneumatic counting device, accurate counting, stack neatly ,
package conveniently .
9:Frequency converter control the host , conveniently control, flexibly and smoothly operation
10:All parts which contact with products is stainless steel 304.
11:Equipment adopts the imported high precision frequency and related electric to control operation, sound of operation is light-footed , wiring of electrical equipment is reasonable, safe, easy operation
