1SZS oil burning boiler<gas-fired boiler> series steam boiler applies D layout.Longitudinal arrangements are installed for upper and lower drums.Membrane wall pipe are at the both side of wall of right hearth,while in left two-pass convection bank is arranged.Super-heater is located at the turn of furnace outlet. In order to improve combustion in burner and increases efficiency.economizer is installed at the tail for utmost energy saving.Super-heater uses reverse flow arrangement,and also uses superhero to meet the more regulation requirements of steam.
2 With pressure-fired combustion,high combustion efficiency,lower funnel temperature and high efficiency at the tail of assorted heating surface ,only air blower equipped with,little power consumption,and lower running expenses.
3With large hearth,full combustion,and wide adaptability of fuel.
4,The hearth of this boiler is equipped with packed membrane wall and two-pass convention successive tubular absorbing surface,,with transverse scour of flue gas.heating surface has good effect for heat exchange and high heating exchange system,realize the quick boiler heating- up and pressure boost-up.
