The general process
Hot Plating:
Stripping → Annealing (low carbon steel wire is annealed, high carbon steel wire is skimmed) → washed → pickling → washing → washing → drying → hot-dip galvanizing → wiping → cooling →
plating:
Line → annealing (degreasing) → washing - pickling - cleaning → electroplating → hot water washing → drying → line
The production line features

Thick ceramic lining to cause freezing of zinc in the event of cracking
◆ Ridged steel body to ensure total support for the ceramic lining.
◆ Insulation to give max. 40 ° c on outer decorative metal skin.
◆ Choice of electric, gas or oil heaters
◆ Needs only a concrete floor and connection to services
The absence of iron in the ceramic lining makes it practical to run a:
◆ Low dross galvanizing system when the kettles are used with the Gongda Galvanizing pre-flux iron reduction equipment.
◆ Zero dross galvanizing system when the kettles are used with the Gongda Galvanizing patented pre-flux system
