Application :Trailer Pneumatic PA Double Wall Fuel Pipe Making Machine is to make double-layer PA/PU oil pipe .This kind of pipe is mainly used as oil pipe for car and fuel pipe for ship and truck . It can also be used in the production of instrumental pipe ,irrigation system ,refrigeration system and vacuum system. Its usage temperature ranges from -40 degree to 120 degree and it is resistant to corrosion and high pressure . Specification of some components: Extruder :screw is specially designed for PA. Screw and charging barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA with fluoride surface, which is resistant to corrosion. The rotating speed of screw is controlled by VDF Frequency converter that makes it much less noisy than previous machine. The screw diameter of SHSJ-45 is 45 mm and The screw diameter of SHSJ-35 is 35 mm. Vacuum cooling water tank : it is equipped with a vacuum box also made from stainless steel ,600 mm long and It can finish 3D movement. Belt puller : it has a high-precision guild pillar guidance pillar ,a screw mandrel height controller and high-efficient frequency converters .
