It is suitable for contactors of all ranges of current,single-pole,double-pole and multi-pole switches, moulded case air switches,leakage switches,D.C.high-speed switches,cam switches,auto contactors,auto protection switches,photo-controlling switches,interior thermostats,micro switches and high capacity breakage relays as well as all sorts of switches applied in the aviation industry.
Contact Properties：
It is of good anti-wear capability of the electricity, strong welding resistance, high electrical and nductibility,and little-and-stable contact resistance; Because of its distribution,the Cadmium oxide reinforces the hardness of the mater-ials and increases the wear-resistance of the machinery.AgCdO contact has strong welding resistance when short-circuit current passes.And it is quite influential of the manufacturing technique of the contact on their property.E.g. well welding res-istance but weak anti-erosion contact produced by the powder metallurgy processing method, While high electrical-damaged resistance but lower welding resistance cont-act made by the oxidation inside the alloy method,however,a newly developed method---the powder burnt-frozen squeezing technique method has largely adjusted and prom-oted the distribution of the CdO in the silver radical materials,leading to higher comprehensive capabilities of the contact.
