Tilting Hoister attached with Auto-crane
Description:
It is installed on the automatic billet shift machine, the moving and lifting is rely on auto-crane. The lifting is guide by the guidance frame. It has the advantages of stable, accurate, no excursion, no shaking. It is a special hoister to open, assemble the mould and demould.
The tilting hoister (see the picture) is a match equipment for autoclaved aerated concrete cutting machine.

The hydraulic station supplies the oil to the turning cylinder to make the clamp device turn 900 and the clamp arm turn left means to tighten and loose when turn right.
Quick-wear parts
The hydraulic station supplies the oil to the tilting cylinder when the hanger is lifting and pushes the pistol to tilting the mould.Clamp and loose The hanger lift the slide wheel on the cross beam, and the guide device on the vertical beam moves down.
Tilting
The vehicle moving to make the hanger goes and returns along the shaft direction.
Go up and down
The tilting hoister has the functions of moving, lifting, turning, clamping side plate and de-mould.
MovingThe tilting hoister is composed of beam, guide device, turning device, lifting device, side panel
clamp, loose device and hydraulic station. The beam is made of rectangle steel pipe with good rigidity,
simple structure and it is easy to install and adjust. The hydraulic station, lifting device, side panel clamp
and loose device is placed on the top of the cross beam and the turning device is place on the vertical
beam.

The tilting hoister has 2 functions.
Lifting the mould with cake and side plate to the air after pre-curing, tilting 90 degree (the cake is vertical) and then lifting to the cutting cart, open the mould and demould, remove the mould, the cake are prepared for cutting. The mould after removed from the cake assemble with the side plate and then tilting 90 degree in the air and put in the return track, again it is ready for pouring.
