Product introduction:
Horizontal and Vertical Flammability Tester is suitable for measuring and evaluating the combustion characteristics of plastic materials. It is designed and made based on the America UL94 standard the combustion characteristics’ testing of plastic materials used for device and equipment parts. It tests the horizontal and straight combustion characteristics of plastic parts used for device and equipment, and equipped with gas flow meter to adjust size of flame. It use motor driving mode to make the operation easy andsafe.
Specification:
Cabinet capacity: ≥0.5 cubic meters, with glass watch door
Ignite time: 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds can be set
After flame time: 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds can be set
Residual burn time: 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds can be set
Timer: 0~99 minutes and 99 seconds can be adjusted, burning time can be set, and burning duration can be recorded.
Burning angle: 20°,45°,90°(equal to 0°) can be adjusted
Burner size parameter: Nozzle diameter Ø9.5±0.3mm, nozzle effective length is 100±10mm, with air adjust hole.
Flame height: It can be adjusted from 20mm to 175mm according to the standard requirement.
Product feature: It is equipped with lighting device, air extracting device, gas flow regulating valve,product feature gas gauge, gas pressure regulating valve, gas flow meter, form U gas manometer and sample jig
Power: AC 220V, 50 Hz
