Type 550-4 or 500-4 consists of four drawing pots.Each pot has their own motor and can set different speed. Usually,the motor of the succeeding pot has higher speed than the mtor preceding.That is to say,in the processing the wire is becoming thinner or longer,and the motors succeeding have to rotate faster to keep up with the working of preceding motors.Type 550-4 or 500-4 allows you to equip single,double,three or five parts to work together to get finished products in only one process.Type 550-4 or 500-4 can be used for material of steel,aluminum,brass and others.It is featured as energy saving,high efficient,easy maintenance and low cost.It's expected that the cost can be used to produce wood screws,nails,electric wire and batch procedding of wires in construction.
