Working principles of Hot Reflux Extracting Inspissator:
put crude drugs into extract jar:add solvent of 5-10 times such as water,ethanol and etc. Frist, open the sleeve steam valve of extract jar,steaming and boiling aboat two hours,begin to pump vacuum,exteact medicine liquid from extract jar into heater and evaporator,open the second sleeve steam cess to heat and evaporate.open the valve of cushioning storage tank, pass the sprinkle of the top of the second vapor heater reflux extract jar and cess to circle uninterrupted.this natural extraction and concentrate at low temperarure may increase the sink strength of friction and washing doff,then effective components in the medicinal materials will be extracted quickly.
