PPGL Coil
PPGL coil is extension of galvalume steel coil products.Production is according to JIS G3322 ASTM A755M/A792M.PPGL surface treatment customized like simulated pattern of wood grain, marble, granite. Visual effect is better in indoor and outdoor decoration.Our general PPGL is AZ 40g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back, it can service for at least 20 years without fading (related to different environment)

How to order?
1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me:
a. color
Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample .
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25 um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of AZ coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 40g/m2.
f. with film or not
Without film is the most selection
Packing:
Payment
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)
Delivery time:Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
