1)The working station cam runs under the good lubricating condition,and maintains the inner lubrication of cam slot to a full extent,increasing the pressure pulverization oil pump,thus extends the operation life of the spare parts.
2)The multi-bore dosing brings a precision dosage (it is controlled around 3.5%); the good capsule applicability makes a higher capsule qualified rate(more than 99%).It can be filled with the Chinese traditional medicine and the Western medicine.
3.Capsule running routine:
1)First station:at this station,at the same time of vacuum separation system sending capsule into module hole,the body and the cap will be departed.
2)Second station:lower module descends and extends outward,staggering with upper module,for filling material.
3)Third station:this station is an extending and standly station,when a proper device is installed,grains and small pilulars can be filled.
4)Fourth station:filling mandril will push the prssed solid medicine column into capsule body.
5)Fifth station:prepared for the third station,(for filling grains and small pilulars)
6)Sixth station:it is to clean off and absorb the un-departed capsules by middle body of upper module and cap.
7)Seventh station:shut the upper module and lower module(close the capsules)
8)Eeight station:lower module will draw back ascending and cobine together with upper module,through the handspike operation,the filled capsule will be fixed together,so that the final product requirements will be reached.
9)Ninth station:it is to push out and collect the fixed final product capsule.
10)Tenth station:dust collector will clean the module hole and come into the next cycle.
