Product Overview

WQ(D)-S precision casting stainless steel submersible sewage pump, with flange ofdomestic standard and international standard, made from precise stainless steelcover, with characteristics of corrosion resistant, environment friendly, andhigh flow and head.

1,Byfluorine rubber double-level mechanical seals for the oil chamber, singlefluorine rubber mechanical seal sided structure for outer chamber, effectively avoidof the leaking problems caused by the friction between the water seal oil sealand the shaft.

2,Motorwith high temperature wire, insulation class F , thermal protection device,effectively extending the life of the pump.

3,Withstir device according to customer requirements, which cause strong stirringforce with rotation of the motor shaft, to drainage sewage from pond afterstirring sediment into suspension. Also available with cutting device, todrainage sewage after cutting the long fibers, plastics, paper, straw and otherdebris debris.

4,Itcan be customized for anti-corrosion cable, PTFE mechanical seal, and parts forhigh temperature liquids, according to customer special requirements.

Operation conditions

1,Subjectto the impeller center, dive depth should not exceed 5m.

2,Transmission medium temperature no higher than 60 ℃.

3,PH value of the transmission medium 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13).
