Application:
ZYD double stages vacuum transformer oil purifier is mainly used for removing trace water, gas and impurities from insulating oil, improving the insulating oil performance index. It is mainly applied to purification of 110KV, 220KV, 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV power transmission equipment insulating oil, also applied to treat low viscosity oils, like insulating oil, turbine oil, and hydraulic oil in the transmission equipment which is lower than 110KV. Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
Features:
1. Pre-Electromagnetic-valve before vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum oil flow backwards.
2. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa
3. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
4. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
5.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
6. Pre-gas-water separator before vacuum pump to prolong the vacuum pump and vacuum pump oil.
7. Double protecting system, Gas-water separator equips liquid level protector to prevent oil escape from vacuum pump
8. Optical oil foam detector and high oil level detector to prevent oil escape from vacuum pump
9. Low oil level sensor to prevent oil pump idle working, so prolong oil pump lifetime
10. Completely Intelligent pressure protector to protect oil pump and fine filter
11. Completely Intelligent vacuum controller to protect the booster pump
12. Fully intelligent temperature controller to prevent the large surge current
13. Phases protector, voltage overload protector to achieve unattended
Advantages:
1.Vacuum separator: Double vacuum separator is high efficiency, because oil can go through big vacuum distilling-volume and stay time long in vacuum distilling-time, so make sure completely and quickly remove water and gas from oil.
2.Heater: Machine adopts the infrared carbon fiber electric heater, which has big heating surface; it is low heating surface load (less 2 w/cm2). So make sure oil heating-balance, protecting oil from breakdown and overheating. Meanwhile Heater connected with the oil level controlling system, if there is no oil in heater. The heater will stop work automatically, avoiding blank heating.
3.Oil pump: We adopts the Screws oil pump or the specially gear oil pump, Compare with traditional gear oil pump, our oil pump works stable, and low working noise (less than 75db). The flow rate is enough and no any air bubble during the purification process.
4.Vacuum Pump: We use the China famous Brand (Nannuang) rotary vacuum pump; also, we use the Germany Leybold vacuum pump, Germany Haokaido vacuum pump. This can provide the high vacuum to oil purifier machine.
5.Filter element: Adopts Italy FILTREC filter and Germany HYDRAC Filter, etc. or using the imported filter materials. It is high filtering precision, the treated oil cleanness can reach to NSA 6 (ISO4406 15/12).
