Bath solution compound:
Control parameter: Put cold water into the tank till three-quarter with appropriate degreasing agent, then stirring, after, add sufficient water till working level, after, heat bath solution till operating temperature.und concentration: 40-60kg/1000l
Outlook: colorless to yellowish liquid
Free acid: 30-50
Specific gravity: 1.1-1.2
Temperature: rt-40degree
Dipping time: 5-15minutes
Test method: free acid:
1.pipet 10ml sample to conical beaker,
2. drip 3-4driping bromphenol indicator,
3. drip 0.1n NAOH into the solution, stop when yellow change to blue.
4. the consumption of NAOH is the free acid.
Density: test sample with gravimeter in 25 degree
Bath solution control: need to add1kg/1000l if free acid increase 1 point.
We could drain the bath solution regularly in continuous flow or automatic flow to maintain the TFR lower than MAX TFR.
Reserve requirement:
Reserve in dry shady and cool place to avoid sunshine.
Packing:25kg/barrel,200kg/barrel.
Effluent disposal: Should observe chemical products disposal rules.
bath solution is acid which should be neutralized or disposed before drain.
