Brief Introduction |
JH-5271D is a passivating agent which the workpiece clean by water-based cleaning agent,easy rusting under harsh environment characteristics,we learn from the advanced technology,use anti-rust additives which does not affect the adhesion to make up the shortage for inorganic cleaning.To achieve the anti-rust between processes. After that can coating dacromet paint directly without affecting the adhesion and corrosion resistance.After dacromet coating paint adhered on the surface of the workpiece,anti-rust layer is dissolved, thereby coating and base materials form part chemically bond. |

Preparation of tank liquid |
Put three quarters cold water in the washing tank ,adding 40-60KG JH-5271D in every 1000 tank liquid．Adding sufficient water till working level. |

Preparation of tank liquid |
1.After working liquid has been used for a period of time, the anti-rust effect of it will be lower than before. We should add suitable JH-5271D to guarantee the effect of the liquid according to the PH and Cr6+ content. |

Attention |
This passivator just as the anti-rust before the workpiece coating. The destiny and PH must be controlled. We suggest that replacing it every month in the continuous working.Wear protective glasses, rubber gloves and wear protective clothing during processing. |
