Brief Introduction |
JH-5270D is a kind of room temperature passivator. It can bu used for passivator surface treatment of steel and other materials. The thickness of the film will be influenced by the satiation of the metal,cleaning method and cooperate type. JH-5270D can be widely used in all kinds of paint. It can not needed to adjust. The process is simple. And it has good adhesion, high corrosion resistance. It is operated simply. The tank liquid is steady and the sediment is poor ,which can be used cyclely. We don’t need to change the tank. However ,the cost is lower. The film of this product is rainbow. |

Preparation of tank liquid |
Put three quarters cold water in the washing tank ,adding 50-100KG JH-5270D in every 1000 tank liquid．add sufficient water till working level. |

Preparation of tank liquid |
Adjust 1000L total acid With continuous working, total acid will drop, should inspect regularly and supplement, add 3kg of JH-8031B film forming agent, total acidity increased by 1 point. If the total acidity is too high, you can stop feeding, remain normal production, after a period of time to return to normal bath. The reason cause the film to thin: A． Temperature too low B． Total acid too low C． Free acid too high To make clean washing,overflow water volume should be kept in the best range |

test method |
Total acid Use pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask, add 3 to 4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, then titrated with 0.1N NaOH , until the color from colorless to stable red, then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath. Free acid Use pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask,add 3 to 4 drops of bromorphenol blue indicator,then titrated with 0.1N NaOH,until the color from light yellow to light blue,then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath. |
