16CrMo44 is Apearlitic heat-resistant steel, with high structural stability and heatresistance, low thermal sensitivity during the heat treatment, no tendency totemper brittleness long-term use at high temperatures; cold plastic deformationof steel at high machinability still good ; welding in general, but the wallthickness of the part to be preheated 200 ~ 300 ℃, in addition tostress the need for treatment after welding. 16CrMo44 is usually at a hightemperature normalizing and tempering state use, the use of temperature -40 ~560 ℃.

16CrMo44is mainly used in the turbine steamparameters of 540 ℃ of the main steam pipe, turn the wizard leaves the ring, turbinespacer, the diaphragm outer ring and the wall temperature ≤570 ℃ variety ofsuperheater tubes, catheters and the corresponding forgings.
