Description:
Looper roller can be separated into 3 categories according to the type of drives: electric, pneumatic,
hydraulic.
1, The looper roller should be sensitive so that the roll in the frame could move up and down rapidly.
2, The lift of looper roller is able to be controlled automatically and manually.
3, Strip length should be controlled in a certain range. The tension of strip steel should be approximately
constant. The effect will be controlled in the required range.
4, The looper roller could ensure the looping of the strip between the two finishing stands. So that it could
absorb the speed deviation of strip end to end.
5, The internal friction should be low enough that we could put the uniform tension on the strip when the
looper operates up and down.
