Description:
Tungsten carbide roll has a characteristic of good hardness and its hardness will not change too much along with the change of temperature. This performance can guarantee the wear resistance and deformation resistance, so as to ensure the finish of groove and the constancy of dimension. The cooling effect is good and the reaction time of harmful impurity in the high temperature is short due to their high thermal conductivity of tungsten carbide roll. Therefore, tungsten carbide roll has better corrosion resistance, cold and hot fatigue resistance than the tool steel roll. It can greatly reduce the production cost, significantly improve the efficiency.
Applications:
Cold rolling line: tension roller, deflector roller, steering roller, correction roller, and measurement roller
applied in galvanizing line, color galvanizing line and continuous annealing line
Competitive Advantage:
1, High temperature resistance: the traditional chrome-plated hardening would lose efficacy when the
temperature get to 200℃. But the carbon tungsten roll will stay still when the temperature reach 850℃.
2, Wear resistance: the hardness of carbon tungsten roll can be HRV1200 while the chrome-plated
roll is HRV800. The wear resistance of carbon tungsten is tenfold over the chrome-plated roll.
