Principle:
In accordance with GB/T 533, T1033, ISO 2781, 1183, DIN 53479, ASTM D 297, D792, standards, and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, the machine can accurately and directly show the density of sample.
Technical data:
A. There are many ways for plastic classification, such as: heat resistant property, hygroscopicity, chemical composition, crystallinity, application field or special purposes. Hygroscopic plastic: The inside of colloidal contains moisture, like PA
(Nylon), ABS, PET, PC, PS.
B. Non-hygroscopic plastic: The surface of Micelles contains moisture, like PE, PP.
Rubber product has its particular use function and formula technology requirements. In the process of producing rubber products, the physical characteristics which need to be tested are as follows: tensile strength, tear strength, stress at definite elongation and hardness, wear resistance, fatigue and Fatigue damage, flexibility, tore elongation. There is an affinity between physical properties as above and rubber density.
Functions:
1. It has the function of water temperature and solution compensation setting, more humanized operation, conforming to the on-site demand.
2. It has the RS-232 interface, can be connected to PC and printer easily
By adopting the design of big tank, it can decrease the inaccuracy caused by supporting wire’s buoyancy.
