XP-20A Jet-grouting Drilling Rig

XP-20A jet-grouting drilling rig is a dual-duty drill manufactured by Jiangsu Wuxi Mineral Exploration Machinery General Factory Co., Ltd. in compliance with the market demand, and it is applicable for high pressure rotation and construction process anchoring. This drilling rig has been widely used in railway, highroad, building, water conservation, electric power and it was mainly used in reinforce and water proof, in ground base construction as well as maintenance in established loading piles.

1. Main character:

1) Small a working space: when the construction height is about 3 meters, the effective length of drill rod is about 1.5 meters. The height compressor machine may be adjusted in accordance with the requirements of clients. The maximum height of integral type drill is about 840mm, and 2800mm in Max. length which is available for indoor operation. The maximum weight of loose packed type drill is only 300kg which is very convenient to removal and moving.

2) Applicable for wide range of layer: types of collocation may be arranged in accordance with different layer type. The maximum output torque may reach 3600N·m; Max. pull force may reach 60kN. The formed bore may chose the process as hard alloy bit to perform rotary drilling, in-the-hole striker drilling and indented chisel drilling, etc. In that way a majority of layer may be directly perform bore drilling operation by this drilling machine and carry out jet-grouting drill for stake forming.

3) Applicable for wide range of processing: except jet-grouting processing requirements this machine may also apply in anchoring processing construction.

4) Many parts collocate for drilling rig: clients may select different module function in accordance with different requirements of construction development. You may chose one-off purchase and selection of single and double and triple module, swing jet and fixing jet module, anchoring module in accordance with the development of construction is also available.
