Application
1. Used for grain industry, such as rice milling line, flour milling line etc
2. Except grain industry, other is also available, like powder, animal feed, machinery, chemical engineering, medicine, tobacco, metallurgy and cement making, dust removal and many other industries.
Working principle
1. This rotary airlock is a kind of improved impeller open type rotary airlock .
2. It is a discharging machine structured with impeller, bearing, oil seal, air lock shell, end cover and other spare parts.
3. On the top of the rotary airlock there is flange connected with the unload opening of discharger to receive the material from discharger, and then unload material from the bottom of rotary airlock while impeller rotating.
4. The impeller is open type, which can prevent material from blocking as well as reduce air lock weight and shape.
